British Library: International Non-Commercial Document Supply Service to be withdrawn

« The International Non-Commercial Document Supply (INCD) Service will be withdrawn from 1 July 2016. Since the overseas Library Privilege service was replaced with the INCD Service in January 2012, the Library has seen a significant decline in requests from overseas non-commercial organisations and demand for the INCD Service has reduced to a level where the service is no longer sustainable.
