« … This report identifies various models of Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) support and library engagement in areas including navigating external content (copyright clearance, resource licensing, open content), instructional support (instructional design and/or content creation, support of students), and production support (video production, project management).
This report includes an examination of the advantages, disadvantages, and institutional considerations that inform the models of support and library engagement. To explore this topic, members of the working group interviewed librarians and other key personnel at 39 higher education institutions that are offering MOOCs.
