Extending the open monitoring of open science: A new framework for the French Open Science Monitor (BSO)

« We present a new Open Science Monitor framework at the country level for the case of France. We propose a fine-grained monitoring of the dynamics of the open access to publications, based on historical data from Unpaywall, and thus limited to Crossref-DOI documents.
