Generation R: new online platform launched for Open Science discourse

« The Leibniz Research Alliance Science 2.0 launched the online platform ‘Generation R’. It is conceived of as a meeting place for the new generation of researchers that wants to shape the future of an open scholarly system in the digital age.

The digital transformation of scholarly systems has a huge impact on the way researchers pursue their daily research practices. Furthermore, many initiatives, projects and events show that there is a growing community which determines the future of science by Open Science practices. In this context of emerging digital tools and changing research workflows many researchers seek further exchange and discourse.
