Leaders of the Scientific Publishing Industry Recommend Practices to Ensure Technical Conference Content Quality
« IEEE, the world’s largest professional organization advancing technology for humanity, today announced it has worked with other publishing organizations, Elsevier and the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), to create recommendations regarding best practices to help ensure technical conference content quality. The recommendations can be found in IEEE’s White Paper on Ensuring Conference Content Quality (PDF, 251 KB).
The aim of the recommended practices white paper is to bring forward best practices that will help to ensure that high-quality, scholarly conference content continues to be developed, published, and disseminated within the global information community for its own ultimate benefit. (…) »
